Walkthrough[]
The easiest way to get all the markers on the map is to buy Adalbert Kermith's third map from Crow's Perch's quartermaster.
All the armor diagrams are located at an unmarked ruin southwest of Dragonslayer's Grotto and guarded over by an Earth Elemental. Once it's dead, you can find the chest in the largest part of the remains, situated between 3 walls, and contains the armor, boots, gauntlets, and trousers diagrams.
The silver sword diagram is found east of Ursten, at a monster den. Here you'll find a large number of nekkers. As you head inside and go down a second set of stairs you'll also encounter a rabid rock troll and more nekkers. Kill them off, then look to the right from where you entered (facing into the chamber that the troll was in) and you'll see a small ledge behind the columns here. Climb up and destroy the small stalagmites to find the chest behind them with the diagram.
The steel sword diagram is found at the Cavern. Head in to find a golem guarding the chest so kill it off, then loot the chest off the wooden platform here for the diagram.

- During one of his numerous adventures, Geralt got his hands on a map covered with strange markings. He quickly deduced that they indicated the locations of hidden witcher caches and, intrigued by the chance of discovering long-lost crafting schematics, he set out to find them.
Geralt found all the caches marked on the map and recovered the crafting schematics contained therein. With these in hand, he could add life-saving improvements to his combat gear. He did not know how many more such caches remained undiscovered in the world - but hoped one day he would have the chance to find more.
