Playing Witcher 3 game

Hello there, I’m about to be playing the complete edition of The Witcher: Wild Hunt. This is long game to do many quest, I was hoping to know if any of you can help me out what I have to do first for the main and secondary quests and what opinions that I have to do to play the game. If anything please let me know.
