Can someone dumb down adrenaline for me? I've read that you get it by striking an enemy I guess or killing them? I don't understand if it makes your attacks stronger or if it's supposed to be used for some kind of ability? Please help.

I accidentally voted for forgotten wolven gear when I've never even seen it or obtained it. 😔 I meant to vote for grandmaster wolven gear but whatevz. I notice that viper gear is voted really high which surprises me because regular viper gear is really weak?
