"Vis la Crac" Wine is a quest item in the Blood and Wine expansion.
It may be acquired off the body of a woman at the Seidhe Llygad Amphitheater alongside a journal. After the nearby candles are lit in the correct order, this must be drunk to finish the reenactment which will then summon the Phantom of the Amphitheater, who must then be killed.
