A Warm Welcome is an unmarked secondary quest in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.
The 
rewarded in this quest is unaffected by level constraint and difficulty level.
Walkthrough[]
Head along the road southwest from Wheat Fields, towards the riverbank to find several Redanian soldiers and some refugees arguing, as the refugees are trying to flee Velen to Novigrad. If you approach you can ask to let them through or agree with the soldier in that they need to leave.
If you ask for them to be let through, you have a few options:
- pay 100
to let them through - use Axii (requires Delusion level 2, gives 35 )
- threaten him (will result in fighting the 3 soldiers)
- simply leave
As long as you help the refugees, you'll earn 25 , with the refugee telling you about a hero's tomb near Downwarren that's supposed to have treasure. The quest will then conclude here.
