Andrée de Bourbeau was the wife of Jean-Christophe de Bourbeau, owner of Tufo vineyard. However, the two didn't love each other and she began to have an affair with one the field workers, Jean-Luc, who became one of the victims of The Monster of Tufo.
If Geralt returns the locket to her: Geralt returned the locket to Andrée, having put together the lock of hair was her's. Understanding this meant Jean-Luc was dead, she thanked the witcher for returning it and gave him a small reward before asking to be left alone to grieve over her lost love.
If Geralt tells her husband about the affair: Her husband, incensed she'd cheat on a man with his social standing, confronted her and demanded she pack her things and leave within the hour.
