Archgriffin decoction is a potion in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. You can get the mutagen required to craft this with three different methods:
- Killing Opinicus
- Killing the lvl 48 archgriffin on Snidhall Isle
- Killing the archgriffin during the quest Contract: The Griffin from the Highlands
