This Armorer will appear once the Freinte Docks have been liberated from the Hanse bandits. He can craft items, but seems to have an issue with Northerners.
He sells an extensive collection of armor, glyphs and crafting items, and his pouch of gold is filled to the brim.

- In the Polish (original) version his dialogs are slightly more extended. After mentioning that Geralt did not save him without a promised reward, he will accuse him of attempting to steal in the future from the docks, likely referring to the fact that players will often loot containers from an abandoned site right after liberating it, which ironically makes his claims true.
