It can be found as random loot or purchased from the following merchants:

• All armorers in Novigrad, Oxenfurt and Skellige
• Merchant at the sawmill northeast of Rannvaig
• Merchant in Mohrin Village

It can also be received as a reward for slaying the Woodland Spirit and is guaranteed to appear in a chest in Fort Etnir.
