Ballads and Hymns is a book in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, which contains the lyrics to the song sang by Priscilla, when she is first seen at The Kingfisher Inn during Broken Flowers.
It can be found as random loot on most bookshelves and some wooden chests throughout the entire game, but due to a randomization bug one copy is always in Priscilla's upstairs room at the inn, and at least one more is at Marabella's School for Tots. It can also be purchased from the books merchant in Hierarch Square.
In the Blood and Wine expansion, it can be found as random loot inside rich houses around Beauclair.

- In early development of the game, certain "perk" abilities were meant to be acquired by reading books such as this one. The idea was eventually scrapped and this particular book was repurposed for lore instead, with no clues as to what perk it would've provided.
