Berengar Leuvaarden was a Nilfgaardian nobleman and a member of the Guild of Merchants who, along with Joachim de Wett, Ardal aep Dahy, Broinne, d'Arvy, and Stefan Skellen, conspired to remove Emhyr var Emreis from the imperial throne and put Morvran Voorhis in his place.
He later revealed the conspiracy to Emhyr and Vattier de Rideaux, who arrested Stefan Skellen in Stygga Castle. In exchange, Leuvaarden became Emhyr's special envoy to the Peace of Cintra, where he brought news that Nilfgaard was to concede the conquered land back to the Northern Kingdoms so to keep trade routes open and thus let merchants prosper.
