The following is a list of minor characters in Blood of Elves that haven't been mentioned elsewhere, and/or have too little information on them to warrant their own page.
Fredegard[]
Fredegard was a member of the Dun Banner, an elite cavalry regiment.
Biography[]
In February 1266, he was assigned, with his men, to attack a Scoia'tael group that were planned by Henselt to attack Yarpen Zigrin's company.
After killing all the Scoia'tael, he found Triss Merigold attempting to heal his associate Vilfrid Wenck, though it was too late, as just after Vilfrid announced Yarpen Zigrin was innocent, he died of his wounds.
Kevyn[]
Kevyn was a fictional man who harrassed Triss Merigold in her sleep, and couldn't keep his hands to himself.
Loach[]
Loach was a possibly fictional miller, described in one of Dandelion's poems, of which he considered to be unlike true poetry, and so never published it.
Biography[]
Living with his wife in a town in Temeria, Loach went to the market on Thursdays, and his wife was known to cheat on him while he was gone.
Vilibert[]
Vilibert was the wealthy baron of an unknown keep, presumably in or around Velen.
Biography[]
In 1265, he attended a large concert of Dandelion's under the giant oak tree Bleobheris in Velen. He brought his daughters along with him, who all spent time romanticizing Dandelion, while the baron spoke to Radcliffe.
During discussions of the possibility of another Nilfgaardian invasion, he strongly expressed his distain for Emperor Emhyr var Emreis.

Zvirka[]
Zvirka was the possibly fictional wife of the miller Loach, described in one of Dandelion's poems, of which he considered to be unlike true poetry, and so never published it.
Biography[]
Living in a town in Temeria, Zvirka was the merry wife of the town's miller. On Thursdays, she was known to be easily bedded, as her husband was out at the town market.
