The Blue Knight (d. 1267), so-called because of his glittering blue enamel suit, was a representative of the Varnhagens who fought Sweers in the moorlands for possession of the latter's prisoner, Ciri. He was described as a giant of a man, wielding a battleaxe, astride a powerful grey stallion.

He was accompanied by Two Tusks and two other household servants (Remiz among them).
