Books and Scrolls is a two story bookstore in the northern part of Hierarch Square, in the city center of Novigrad and likely the largest source of books in the city, if not the whole region. The establishment is protected by Temple Guard with its owner and operator being Marcus Thaddeus Knut Hodgson.
