Brugge is the capital city of the minor Northern Kingdom of the same name.[1]

Brugge pogrom[]
Sometime before 1266, a pogrom erupted in Brugge, for the persecution of nonhumans. Yarpen Zigrin's grandmother was one of the dwarves slain in the massacre.[2]
Second Northern War[]
In August 1267, during the Second Northern War, the Nilfgaardian Army, led by Menno Coehoorn, marched from Drieschot then northeast from Dillingen and captured the capital city in a pivotal battle.[1]
