Cantata is a silver sword introduced in the Blood and Wine expansion. It can be found next to the dead mage's body in Hen Gàidh during the main quest What Lies Unseen, alongside a crumpled letter.
It is the silver sword complementing the Hen Gaidth armor set, but isn't functionally part of it and doesn't add to the set bonus.
