If Geralt sells the van Rogh painting that can be acquired during the Open Sesame! auction to Marcus Hodgson, the bookseller will sweeten the deal with this trophy. This bit of loot from a shaelmaar, once belonged to Gaetan, a witcher of the Cat School, who left it behind as collateral.
