Luverten is a minor character appearing during The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. He and his father got rich by trading with gems. He is friend of Vegelbuds, long-time partner of Henri Rautlec and his art of placards.
Rautlec promised Dandelion to make a new posters for Chameleon but since he is in debt again he can't fulfill this. He meets with the count on races in front of Vegelbud Estate discussing this and he offers a deal to the halfling that he will pay his debt if he wagers on a racer and wins.
