Led by Carlo Varese, one of the Big Four of Novigrad, the Crown-Splitters gang[1] was composed mainly by dwarves. While their headquarters were located near Hierarch Square, the gang controlled the harborside and the outskirts of the city, where most of the nonhumans were cut off.
