Cured draconid leather is a crafting component in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt that can be dismantled into hardened leather and chitinous shell. It is needed to craft many high level items, almost all of which are armors.

Crafting Requirements Tw2 icon crafting
Min. Required Level: Journeyman armorer/blacksmith
Tw3 hardened leather Hardened leather × 2
Tw3 chitinous shell Chitinous shell × 5

It can be found as random loot, guaranteed loot in some bandit camps, guarded treasures and treasure hunt quests in Toussaint, or purchased from the following merchants, most of whom will start selling it at level 20:

Cured draconid leather can also be obtained by dismantling almost all witcher gear that is crafted with it (except Manticore School Gear and non-mastercrafted Forgotten Wolven armors), Blood and Wine expansion grandmaster level boots (i.e. including Legendary Manticore boots, but no Forgotten Wolf gear), and the following items:
