Cyprian Fripp the younger (d. October 1267) was a Gemmerian in the employ of Dacre Silifant who was hired for Stefan Skellen's gang tasked with finding Ciri. He had an older brother, Cyprian Fripp the elder, who was executed. Both brothers were renowned for their sadistic proclivities. During the hunt, he was part of the group which was sent to Fano.
He was killed by Ciri together with Dede Vargas, Rispat La Pointe and Yuz Jannowitz in Dun Dâre on Saovine Eve.
