Diagram: Harpy is a crafting diagram in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt that is needed to craft Harpy.
It's a possible spawn at a random diagram location. Oddly, it sometimes spawns very early in a chest on the riverbed near the White Orchard village, even though it's not supposed to appear until much higher character level is reached.
