This dream crystal is among the several crystals found in the queen harpy's lair. It is the "source of power" that Philippa requires to make the antidote to the poison afflicting Saskia.
When Geralt loads this dream crystal into the viewer, he sees the dragon's point of view in the attack on King Foltest and himself back at La Valette castle.
