Drugan was a Nilfgaardian captain who was stationed alongside his company in the village of Vorune in No Man's Land (more commonly known as Velen). He and his men were terrorising the hamlet and subjugating its residents when Geralt and Vesemir passed through during their search for Yennefer. Their actions were met with Geralt's disapproval, but Vesemir was swift to remind him that such behaviour was not uncommon during periods of conflict.
