Emperor of Nilfgaard was a resident of the Land of a Thousand Fables.
Background[]
The Emperor was created by Artorius Vigo as part of the Fablesphere, an illusory realm intended to serve as entertainment for Anna Henrietta and Sylvia Anna when they were children. Though many creations in the Fablesphere became hostile as the spells supporting the illusion gradually became unstable, the same fate did not befall the Emperor who remained relatively normal and untouched by the killings going around.
The Emperor does nothing but walk around wearing just his underwear, and bragging about his nonexistent new clothes.
Trivia[]
- This character is a reference to the monarch from Hans Christian Andersen's fairy tale "The Emperor's New Clothes" (Danish: Kejserens nye klæder).
- Despite the fact that he is not an intruder in the Fablesphere, the Emperor can still be killed by pixies.
