Enhanced Black Blood is a potion in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, being an upgraded version of Black Blood. Four of these can be crafted at any one time and placed in the consumables slot.
The upgrade confers a knock-back effect on vampires and necrophages, in addition to a higher 20% of damage returned to them.
