Enhanced Moon Dust is a bomb in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt that contains silver splinters that temporarily prevent monsters from transforming, and can be used to craft Superior Moon Dust.
Since the "next-gen" Patch 4.0, it also prevents monsters from regenerating health.
