Eternal Fire executioner's armor is a medium armor in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt that comes in two forms:

It can only be found as random loot, though it often appears in a chest in the cave part of The Final Trial, and another underwater in the sewers during The Great Escape.
Eternal Fire executioner's armor (basic)[]
One is always found in the left of 3 reward chests for The Witchers' Forge quest. It can also be found as random loot or purchased from the following merchants:
