A red dragon lives in the caves in mountains and hills. They breathe fire hot enough to melt metal and the largest specimens reach 15 meters. Their scales are stained reddish,[1] and they have spines protruding all over their bodies. Common folk either see them consuming their horses or making off with statues and other valuables. This has lent a bad name to red dragons, who can be prideful and aggressive, but also delightful conversation partners and debate competitors.[2]

Notes[]
- The way they are described and portrayed in Oko Yrrhedesa, Wiedźmin: Gra Wyobraźni and Thronebreaker: The Witcher Tales, red dragons seem to be inspired by their D&D counterpart.
