The Iron Falcons were a condottieri group formed some years after the Second Northern War. During King Radovid V's conquests, they were defying the royal authority.[1]
To identify themselves they wore multicolored, flamboyant clothing and matching hats. Each member of the free company also fought with their own personal armory/weapon(s) of choice, leaving them extremely dissimilar overall in appearance. Generally, however, the infantry as expected wielded halberds.[1]
