Cutups

The Cutups^[1] was one of the many gangs within Novigrad. It was led by Cyprian Wiley, also known as Whoreson Junior, one of the Big Four. The gang used to control part of The Bits, where the gang owned a casino and a arena and part of the Upper City, where Cyprian Wiley owned a hideout. They also had some affairs in Oxenfurt: the main Cyprian Wiley's mansion was indeed located there.
