Tourney champion's laurels is a mask and quest item in the Blood and Wine expansion.
To receive it, one must do the secondary quest, The Warble of a Smitten Knight, and win every stage in the tourney (shooting, race, combat, and finally win against Gregoire de Gorgon). This is then rewarded along with a sword in the chosen name you fought under.
