The first elven-human war was a particularly bloody conflict fought around the 10th to 11th century between humans and elves. Despite the rulers requesting help, the Brotherhood of Sorcerers did not participate in the war.[1]

History[]
Prelude[]
Several years after a peace treaty was signed between the elves and humans by Geoffrey Monck in Loc Muinne, the Royal Redanian Army, led by Marshall Milan Raupenneck, marched north along the Pontar river to the elven city and massacred all the residents, regardless of age or gender. They then went to Est Haemlet, an elven town, which suffered the same fate. This atrocity led the elves to rally against the humans.[1]
Result[]
The war did not last long; the human overwhelming forces pushed the elves further and further east until a full surrender was announced. Around the 1060s, the young elf Aelirenn led those tired of hiding in the mountains to a battle in Shaerrawedd, against the elders orders. Like the rest of the conflicts, the humans massacred the elves, though the memory of those gone lived throughout history.[1]
