Full Crew is an achievement in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and requires one to recruit all available allies to fight against the Wild Hunt at Kaer Morhen. This can be easily missable based on a number of factors.
The ones that must be recruited for this achievement are:
There are also additional allies but you don't need them for this achievement. This includes:
Tips[]
- A good way to keep track is by paying attention to all the Brothers in Arms quests (Velen, Novigrad, Skellige, Nilfgaard). While not all of them are needed, it'll let you know who you've already talked to.
- Zoltan and Ermion are the easiest: as soon as you get the Brothers in Arms quests, you merely have to ask them for their help and they'll head to Kaer Morhen.
- For Keira, you must complete all her side quests (see the achievement Friends With Benefits for list) but during her last one, For the Advancement of Learning, you must send her to Kaer Morhen. If you kill her or let her go to Radovid V, you won't get the achievement.
- For Hjalmar, you must do either Possession or The Lord of Undvik (or both). Then, during King's Gambit, you must help out Hjalmar or Cerys. As long as one of them becomes the next ruler, you can then ask for help and Hjalmar will go (if alive, Folan and Vigi will accompany him).
- For Vernon, after completing the main quest Get Junior, go talk to him again to ask what he needs help with and he'll give An Eye for an Eye that you need to complete. You must keep Ves alive during this quest. Once completed, you can recruit him once you get the Brothers in Arms (Ves will tag along automatically).
- Cerys, Crach, Dijkstra, and Emhyr won't come along for various reasons:
- If Cerys was made queen she'll send Hjalmar to help. If Hjalmar was made king instead, Cerys won't be able to assist since she must help her brother/king in Skellige.
- Crach will give a sword.
- If you learned the location of Dijkstra's stolen treasure during Count Reuven's Treasure, he'll give you some money. If you didn't find the location though, he'll refuse to help.
- Emhyr will refuse to help
- Letho isn't needed for the achievement, but can still be brought along if you complete Ghosts of the Past and, at the end of quest, choose the option to invite him to stay at Kaer Morhen (Vernon and Ves won't like this but it won't affect the achievement).
