Garkain trophy is a trophy in Blood and Wine expansion.
It can only be obtained by killing an alpha garkain during the quest Blood Simple if you chose to go after Orianna during The Night of Long Fangs, as if you chose to go after Sylvia Anna, Beyond Hill and Dale... will start and this trophy will become unobtainable.
