Gaston was a merchant in Toussaint in 1275.
Biography[]
One day, he was passing by the Doren Alma Estate when he saw a severely injured man right by the main road. He initially thought of passing by, thinking it was a trap, but decided to stop at the last minute. However, the man was far too injured and died before he could get help.
If Geralt stops by and helps: after talking with the witcher, Gaston decided to follow Geralt to investigate, partly because he was afraid the monster could still be in the area and thus felt safer with the witcher. On entering the estate and seeing the carnage, they learned from its sole survivor and owner, Durand, that something had gone wrong during a historical reenactment. Needing at least 3 people to re-stage the situation to solve the problem, Gaston stayed to read the lines. Just as they reached Durand's lines, the statues in the courtyard came to life and Geralt killed them off. Afterwards, Gaston headed back out to continue to his destination.
