Giant centipede mandible is an alchemy ingredient introduced in the Blood and Wine expansion. It is not needed to craft anything but can be dismantled into monster pincer and acid extract.
It is a guaranteed drop from giant centipedes, their monster nests, and pale widows.
Bugs[]
- Even with a fully patched game, some players may run into a bug where they can't get acid extract from the mandibles. If that's the case, then most likely archespore tendril can drop acid extract instead (normally, it's supposed to yield venom extract).
