Grandmaster legendary Wolven armor is a craftable medium armor and is part of the Wolf School Gear in the Blood and Wine expansion with the New Game + option.
Prior to Patch 4.0, the grandmaster equipment added in didn't require the mastercrafted versions for it to be made. However, this has since been fixed with the update.
