Greater Glyph of Infusion is a cut content crafting component in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, which presumably was originally intended to be used for crafting greater glyphs. It still exists in the game files, and technically can even be crafted, but doesn't appear during normal gameplay and neither does its diagram. Thus, it cannot be obtained without the use of console commands.
