Green dragons are one of the more abundant species of dragons, typically found in forested wilderness areas.[1] They often make their nests near hot springs. Green dragons have a single pair of legs and wings, with flight being their preferred mode of travel, though they can also move effectively on the ground when necessary.[2]
Among their kin, green dragons are among the smallest, slightly larger than a horse. The largest specimens can reach up to 5 meters in length.[3] Their coloration ranges from greenish to greyish, similar to dracolizards,[4] and they breathe toxic chlorine gas, which, fortunately, does not damage equipment.[1]
In combat, their bite is infused with a powerful venom that cannot be neutralized by any alchemical means and often proves fatal to their opponents. While green dragons can sometimes be friendly, they can quickly become violent if threatened or provoked.[2]
Known Specimens[]
- Myrgtabrakke
- Saesenthessis (crossbreed with a golden dragon)
Notes[]
- The way they are described in Wiedźmin: Gra Wyobraźni, green dragons seem to be inspired by their D&D counterpart.
