Gretter was a Skelliger from Rogne who was killed by his nephew Yorg, after the latter was told by his sister that Gretter had molested her. However, this turned out to be a lie: his sister simply didn't like their uncle and thought he stank, and thus lied, not realizing the ramifications of what her brother would do.
