Gwent has a number of special cards that have unique abilities.

Berserker cards

Transforms into a bear when a Mardroeme card is on its row.

Commander's horn cards

These cards double the strength of the selected row (except if another commander's horn is already being used on the row). Some only work on certain types of cards.

Decoy cards

These cards swap with a regular card on your side of the battlefield to return it to your hand, discarding the decoy card immediately after use. They are highly useful when combined with medic and spy cards.
