Hal was a fistfighter from Metinna that Geralt met in 1272, when he was looking for ushers in the Novigrad Docks. Geralt can either pay 70 
or fight the two brothers and they will agree to usher for the play. If Geralt loses the fight they will still usher, but he will need to pay 140.
