Hasta la Vista™ is an achievement in the Blood and Wine expansion and requires one to kill a frozen opponent with a crossbow bolt.
To get it, simply use Northern Wind to freeze the opponent then shoot at them.
Tips[]
- Make sure the opponent's health is low enough to freeze them and do a one shot kill. Otherwise, they'll thaw out and you must repeat it.
- Use only standard bolts. Ones like split bolts don't appear to work towards the achievement.
- Using freeze enhancements (like Piercing Cold) don't appear to count towards the achievement.
- While the wording says "opponent" it appears to work against non-hostile creatures as well, like deer.
Trivia[]
- The name of the achievement, while just a common phrase in Spanish to mean "bye" or "see you later", later became part of the famous catchphrase "Hasta la Vista, baby" in Terminator 2.
