Haunted House is a secondary quest in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.

Walkthrough[edit | edit source]

This quest only activates after finishing Novigrad Dreaming if you let Sarah the godling stay in the house rather than banishing her by burning burdock. A few days later, you'll find Beware! Haunted House & Cheating Merchant! on Hierarch Square's notice board directing you to re-visit the house.

Head back and head in to hear Corinne Tilly and Sarah, with the latter complaining about having braids put in. As you enter the bedroom it'll cut to Corinne telling you how she wanted to meet Sarah after learning she was responsible for the nightmares, but took a liking to the godling and bought the property so they could live together. The quest will then show a small outcome scene and then complete here.

Journal Entry[edit | edit source]

While strolling the bustling streets of Novigrad, Geralt came across a most intriguing notice. It suggested the man named de Jonkheer had sold some poor fool the house which Sara, the lovable yet mischievous godling used as her dwelling and playground. The notice made it clear the new owner was not amused by his unwanted tenant's pranks. Geralt decided to check up on how Sara and see how she was doing...
Geralt wasn't sure what he expected to find in the "haunted house" - but it sure wasn't that. The dreamer, having learned about Sara from Geralt, had decided to get to know her. They soon became fast friends and had begun living together in the de Jonkheer's former property. Corinne cared for the godling, and Sara made sure the home did not lose its haunted reputation.
