Helveed was the Grand Inquisitor of the Eternal Fire in Novigrad.

Biography[]

Sometime before 1272, he tasked Walter Veritas to investigate the recent suspicious movements of the Hierarch Hemmelfart, who was in fact forging an alliance with the most noted criminal lords of the city.
