Hen Gaidth gauntlets are heavy armor gauntlets in the Blood and Wine expansion, part of the Hen Gaidth armor set exclusive to the main quest What Lies Unseen.
However, because their location inside The Unseen Elder's lair is reachable before encountering the Elder himself, they can be obtained even if one chooses to do Beyond Hill and Dale..., as long as Blood Simple is completed before that to get the magic key.
