This halfling herbalist has a shop off Glory Lane, which is located north of Putrid Grove, and across the canal to the south of Hierarch Square in Novigrad. He sells the quest item "bundle of burdock", in addition to many alchemy ingredients and formulae.
He is also a steady gwent player, using the Scoia'tael deck.
