This unnamed herbalist set up shop by the roadside shrine east of the abandoned village in White Orchard, only if Geralt dispatched the ghouls there prior.

- Due to a bug, when you first clear the ghouls, the cutscene for completion, and the herbalist's arrival, will not trigger until you meditate, spawning the final hidden ghoul.
