Horn of Plenty is a food item in the Hearts of Stone expansion. It can be received during the main quest Whatsoever a Man Soweth... if Geralt of Rivia allows the Man of Glass to take Olgierd von Everec's soul, and then chooses "Never wanna go hungry again" as his reward.

Notes[]
- Pre-Patch 4.0, the healing provided by this item was weaker than all other consumable food and drinks in the game (40HP + 25HP recovery during combat), a price paid for the ability to spam this in combat without needing to switch out food items when they run out. However, the benefits of this item remained unchanged from Patch 4.0, during which the healing of all other food items was reduced, making it the strongest in the game. Together with the Gourmet ability and the Dumplings sword runeword, it can last up to 100 minutes per use.
- The item cannot overwrite effects of other food, so if other food has been consumed the horn will do absolutely nothing as long as it is active. Normal food however will overwrite the effects of the horn when used.
- During the Fools' Gold secondary quest, if one solely has the horn as the only food item in their inventory when talking to the transformed pig Igor, and chooses to give him something to eat, the horn will be consumed forever.
Tips[]
- If the Dumplings enchantment is used along with this item it will turn into a Dumpling with infinite uses, however it will have no effect on the values.
